Valve Adjustments - Oscillate
Relief Valve
How to Adjust the Oscillate
Relief Valve Pressure
Note: It will take two persons to perform this
procedure.
1 Remove the drive chassis cover from the non-
steer end of the machine.
2 Connect a 0 to 2000 psi / 0 to 150 bar pressure
gauge to the diagnostic nipple located near the
oscillate directional valve.
3 Disconnect the directional valve linkage, by
removing the clevis pin and clevis from the
axle.
4 Start the engine from the platform controls. Turn
the engine to high idle.
5 With the engine running at high idle, manually
activate the valve and observe the pressure
reading on the pressure gauge.

6 Turn the engine off.
