Locations 3-16, a 64 characters space for the 'From:' field in the e-mail message. A valid name like
fieldpanel1@yourdomain.com should be used.
Locations 29-32, a 64 characters space for the 'To:' field in the e-mail message. A valid name like
johnd@yourdomain.com should be used. This for e-mail 1.
