Remove and Replace the WS4 and WS4 LX FRUs
Remove and Replace the LCD panel
3. Refer to Figure 6-20 and remove the LCD Bracket screws. Remove the LCD
Bracket assembly by lifting the end with the touchscreen ribbon cable and pulling
it out.

4. Refer to Figure 6-21 and remove the four screws that fasten the LCD Panel to the
LCD Bracket. Remove the LCD panel from the LCD bracket by releasing the four
clips shown in the illustration.

5. Orient and install the replacement LCD panel in the LCD bracket. Make sure the
four clips are seated properly. Install the four screws.
6. Remove the touchscreen glass from the cover, and set it side for the moment.
7. Reinstall the gasket.
