Reporting on or Changing the WGB Configuration
Omit steps 1-3 if you are taking screen captures to send to Technical Support.
1. To turn off the function that reboots the WGB, select Auto Bridge Reset.
2. On the Auto Bridge Reset page, click Disable (Figure 27). You will re-enable this function after you have
changed the configuration.
3. Click the blue Home link in the page title to return to the Configuration menu.
4. Click WiFi. The Monitoring tab is displayed. The Monitoring tab shows the current status (Figure 28). The
status refreshes every 5 seconds. If the Ava 500 is disconnected from the Ava 500 Cloud Service, Technical
Support may ask for screen captures of the Monitoring and Troubleshooting tabs.
