Ava 500 IT Administrator's Guide

The Administrator Console

The Ava 500 Administrator Console is a web-based application that allows the IT administrator to check the Ava
500's status,manage Ava 500 users, and monitor reservations. To open the application, enter the following
address in Google Chrome, Firefox, or Internet Explorer:
https://CloudServiceAddress/cust_admin
where CloudServiceAddress is the string provided during implementation.
The Ava 500 IT Administrator Console is compatible with Internet Explorer 10 and higher. It is not
compatible with Safari.
A username and password are required to access the application, and are provided when the Ava 500 has been
installed.
When the IT Administrator logs into the Administrator Console, the Console main menu is displayed (Figure 9).
ROBOTS

to see information about the robots installed for this customer.
SESSIONS
Click
to see a list of scheduled and in-progress sessions.
USERS
Click
to see a list of Ava 500 App users, delete or add users, and modify user information.
The screens for all three share several standard functions (Figure 10):
