Ava 500 IT Administrator's Guide
The expanded details for a user are shown in Figure 17.

to undo changes without cancelling out of the Details screen.

Username:
The username, which is assigned when the user is created, is displayed on the Ava 500 when, for
example, the robot is waiting for a session with the user, and is used to sign in to the Ava 500 App. Usernames
must be 3-80 characters and can contain the numbers, letters, and symbols in the printable ASCII set.
Enabled:
If not checked, users cannot log in to the Control App, and administrators cannot log in to the
Administrator Console.
Role:
Either User or Administrator:
User: Can log in to the Ava 500 Control App, create immediate or scheduled sessions on any site they've
been granted access to, cancel their own sessions, change their password, and add or delete video endpoints
associated with their account.
Administrator: Can access the Cloud Service Administration Console, add, delete, and edit users, promote
(or demote) users between User and Administrator, and reset user passwords, view robots and robot details,
view upcoming sessions, and cancel any session. If the Administrator role is selected, a checkbox
