Failed inserting a cartridge into a drive.
1. Look at the micro-move error of the
failure in the error log (under INFO *
and Hardware Error in the control panel
display).
2. Remove rear panel and run the Wellness
Test, Drive I/O test, and Exercise
Mechanics test. Note where the problem
occurs. If indicates the drive, change the
drive. If it indicates a picker error,
change the picker.
