Replacing the Vertical Motor Gear Box

Replacing the Vertical Motor Gear Box
1. Remove the rear access panel (refer to "Removing the Right, Left, and
Rear Access Panels" on page 5).
2. Remove the translate frame (refer to "Removing/Replacing the
Translate Frame (Including the Picker)" on page 33).
3. Pull the rear tensioner upwards to raise all three tensioners up to a
convenient working height .

4. Release the tension on the rear rope tensioner (drive rope) using the
following steps (see Figure 5-30):
a. Pull back the metal section to release the metal securing tab
seated in the plastic section.
b. Swing the metal section out and off the pivoting pegs on the
