Operation/Installation Errors
CAUTION Do not cycle power until you are sure the system SCSI bus is inactive and
will remain inactive. Removing power while the bus is active can cause
data loss and/or indeterminate bus states. Check the host system
reference manuals for information on checking the status of the SCSI
bus

Recovery Procedures for Operation/Installation Errors

What to do
• Ensure that power cord connections are
tight.
• Ensure that the power switch is on
(located on the lower right side of the
jukebox rear panel).
• Ensure that the power outlet is operating.
• Replace the power cord with a known good
one.
• Check for an inoperable power supply.
• Take any action, as directed, by the
customer's application software.
• If no other actions are directed by the
application software, unmount and
remount all disk surfaces when power
returns. Do not eject any disks until the
surfaces are unmounted/unreserved.
