Delete print image data

You can delete print image data which are no longer required (logos, SMS-texts,
types of mail). Therefore you gain memory space, for new logos, for instance.
SET UP
EDIT PRINT IMAGE/SMS TEXT
DELETE
• Call SET UP menu with the
• Select EDIT PRINT IMAGE/SMS TEXT
DELETE.
• Press the key next to the print image
data which you wish to delete.
An overview of all saved print image data
appears.
• Press the key next to the print image to
be deleted.
If you wish to delete the data now
selected:
• Confirm the security prompt with
CONTINUE.
The ultimail deletes the data. A message
will inform you about the end of the
deleting process.
• Confirm the message with CONTINUE.
A USER card allows you to delete SMS-
texts only. The menu for selecting the
SMS-text will open immediately.
