Description
The Intermec EasyLAN 100i Ethernet interface board is an optional
device for EasyCoder 501 XP, EasyCoder 601 XP, EasyCoder F2,
and EasyCoder F4 which provides these printers with a 10BaseT
Ethernet or 100BaseTX Fast Ethernet network connection. The
EasyLAN 100i pcb may be factory-installed, but can also be fitted
later using the EasyLAN 100i kit.
EasyLAN 100i supports most major computer systems and envi-
ronments. You can assign passwords to restrict both login and
printer access. The internal EasyLAN 100i web pages allow you to
continuously monitor printer status and to upgrade the flash memory
of the board when new print server software becomes available.
EasyLAN 100i supports SNMP for remote monitoring.
The printer must be fitted with Intermec Fingerprint v. 7.3 or later.
The Ethernet port is addressed as device "net1:" (communication
channel #5).
The EasyLAN 100i kit contains:
• One EasyLAN 100i interface board.
• One cover plate (for EasyCoder XP-series printers only).
• One flat cable (for EasyCoder F-series printers only)
• One CD-ROM
• One Installation Instruction booklet
The only tools required for the installation are #T10 and #T20 Torx
screwdrivers.

(www) can be found in the EasyLAN 100i Installation Instructions
and User's Manual.
