1 Check the following for evidence of fault
or damage:

2 Use service diagnostics to test the Duplex
Sensor.
Does the sensor function correctly?
3 Does the printer function correctly after
the Duplex Sensor is replaced?
4 Block the Duplex Sensor and verify the
voltage between J 139-3<=>J 139-2 is
0 VDC.
5 Check the Front 2 Harness for continuity.

Duplex Mode and check to see if the
sheet has reversed in the printer.
