8.03.3 VOLTAGE LEVEL SELECTION FOR FLAT PANEL CONTROL SIGNALS
The W29 jumper is used to select the voltage level (5 V or 3.3 V) for the Flat Panel
control signals:

Short pins 1 and 2 for 5 V:

Short pins 2 and 3 for 3.3 V:
WARNING:
The VIPer807 only supplies the Flat Panel with 5 V power. In order to supply 3.3 V
power to your Flat Panel, an external 5 V to 3.3 V DC-DC voltage converter is
required. Incorrect power voltage can damage your Flat Panel!

This is the default setting.
This is only available if the W1
jumper is open (set for a 3.3 V CPU).
As a result, 3.3 V Flat Panels can only
be used with 3.3 V CPUs on the VIPer807.
