Abnormal head drive voltage. (Does not rise to the specified level)
Error Code 4F
Unable to Print 4F
The head drive voltage has dropped from the high to low level in an abnormally short period.
Step
1 Connection failure of the carriage-
head flat cable or head flat cables
2 Print head defective
3 Power supply PCB defective
4 Main PCB defective
Error Code 50
Unable to Print 50 / Unable to Clean 50 / Unable to Init. 50
Purge cam switch does not come ON or go OFF.
Step
1 Foreign materials in the
maintenance unit
2 Purge cam switch harness
connection failure
3 ASF switching gear(s) broken
4 Paper feed motor defective
5 Maintenance unit defective
6 Main PCB defective
Cause
Check the connection and reconnect the
corresponding flat cable(s).
Replace the head/carriage unit.
Replace the power supply PCB.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
Cause
Remove foreign materials.
Check the connection and reconnect the harness.
Replace the ASF switching gear(s).
Replace the paper feed motor.
Replace the maintenance unit.
Replace the main PCB ASSY.
