Codec Loading
This page details the demands placed on each codec in the form of CIF Usage (per sec) and Bitrate
Usage (kbps). The table displayed highlights the current loading and the maximum Bandwidth (kbps) and
Encode/Decode Processors (CIF/s) that can be placed on each codec.
Note:
The Encode figure combines both record loading from a local camera channel and transmission
encoding.
The current and maximum loading is shown in the format '3000 / 8192' (EXAMPLE). When the current
loading is within the maximum limit, the text will be highlighted 'Green'. When the capabilities are
breached, it will be highlighted 'Red'. When Turbo mode is recommended, the text is highlighted Amber.
Select 'Advanced' (Red) to view the loading that will be placed on each codec for all Record Profiles.
