Looking from the front of the BX2 Continuous Archive unit the C Primary and Mirror drives are to left of the unit, the other drives are the E Primary and Mirror drive. (See diagram below). -

The discs used in both the Primary and Mirror drives MUST be the same size. Ensure the BX2 is in full mirrored state (This can be verified by a green LED on the removable caddy chassis - refer to How to Interpret the LED Status). -

Primary and Mirror LEDs will flash yellow and green rapidly.
