Sets the printer in accordance with the RPQ installed in the control unit.

IBM 4214 OPT 16=2
Available only in LU3 (non-SCS) operation.
Example: &%Z17,1 performs first PP of first line on next form as the next PP when
a valid FF is not positioned at the end of an IBM print buffer.
