Password for Web User Interface Programming
Problem
I have lost the login password of the Web
user interface for the Administrator or User
account.
Time
Problem
The time is not correct.
SD Cards
Problem
Thumbnails of images on the SD card are
not displayed, or different images are
displayed.
USB Devices
Problem
Some keys on the USB keyboard do not
work.

Reset the password from the unit. The passwords for both
Administrator and User will be reset (® see 3.1.1.2 Reset
Web ID/Password).
For security reasons, it is recommended that the
passwords are set again immediately (® see
4.5.2 Administrator Password or 4.5.3 Change User
Password).

Adjust the date and time of the unit. For details about the
operations, refer to the Operating Instructions on the
Panasonic Web site (® see Introduction).

Automatic time adjustment can be enabled by configuring
the NTP synchronization and time zone settings in the
unit's [Settings] menu. For details, refer to the Operating
Instructions on the Panasonic Web site (® see
Introduction).

If the time is still incorrect even after setting NTP
synchronization, check the firewall and port forwarding
settings on the router (® see 1.1.4 Other Network
Settings).
•
The SD card was not unmounted before it was removed
from the unit. Unmount the SD card before removing it.
Additionally, follow the procedure below to display the
correct thumbnail images:
1.
Press
[Settings].
2.
Tap [SD card & phone storage].
3.
Tap [Clear cache].
4.
Tap [Clear and reboot].
After the unit has rebooted the correct thumbnail images
will be displayed.
