7.4 Firmware Update Using the SD Card

When a firmware update is provided by the manufacturer, you can update manually via the unit.
1.
Download the latest firmware from the Panasonic Web site (® see Introduction).
2.
Save the downloaded firmware in the root directory of the SD card.
3.
Insert the SD card into the unit.
4.
Press

Tap [Administration], enter the administrator password, and then tap [OK].
6.
Tap [Update Firmware].
7.
Select the downloaded firmware.
8.
Tap [Update].

Unmount the SD card before removing it from the unit. For details about unmounting the SD card, refer
to the Operating Instructions on the Panasonic Web site (® see Introduction).

When the update is complete, the unit will automatically restart.
•
The update procedure may change. The latest update procedure is provided on the Panasonic Web
site (® see Introduction).
