Y (Add the port parameter)

Note
Request URI in REGISTER example:
If set to "Y", the port parameter is added to the
Request-Line, as follows:
Request-Line: REGISTER sip:192.168.0.10:5060 SIP/2.0
If set to "N", the port parameter is not added to the
Request-Line, as follows:
Request-Line: REGISTER sip:192.168.0.10 SIP/2.0
