Select printing position of HRI characters

0 ≤ n ≤ 3, 48 ≤ n ≤ 51
This command selects the printing position of HRI (Human Readable
Interpretation) characters when printing a bar code. n selects the printing
position as follows.

1, 49 Above bar code
2, 50 Below bar code
3, 51 Both above and below the bar code

This command selects a font for the HRI (Human Readable Interpretation)
characters used when printing a bar code. n selects a font from the following
table.

Start/end macro definition

This command starts or ends macro definition. Macro definition starts
when this command is received during normal operation and ends when it
is received during the macro definition. The macro definition can contain
up to 2048 bytes. If the definition exceeds this value, the excess data is not
stored.
