This command selects a device to which the host computer sends data,
using n as follows.

When the printer is disabled, it ignores all received data with the exception
of the ESC =, DLE ENQ 1, and DLE ENQ 2 commands.
If ASB is enabled when the printer is disabled by the ESC = command, the
printer transmits a 4-byte status message whenever the status changes.

This command responds to a request from the host computer specified by
n. When an auto-cutter error occurs, the printer can attempt to recover
from it by using this command without turning the printer off.
