4. Remove the following parts;
Rear lamp terminal
a)
Hot roller gear
b)
c)
Spring
[C]
d)
Parallel key
Spacer [E]
e)
Front and rear hot roller bearings [F] (1 C-ring each)
f)
Isolating Sleeves [G].
g)
Spacers [H]
h)
5. Remove the hot roller [I].
CAUTION: - When installing a new hot roller, be careful not to damage the thermistor.
- Be sure that the fusing lamps are not in contact with the inner surface of
the hot roller.
6. Install the fusing lamps.
- The fusing lamps have more filaments on the front side to compliment
the copy paper path.

- Check that the 1,100 watt fusing lamp is in the upper terminal and
that the 550 watt fusing lamp is in the lower terminal.
7. Rotate the pressure cam shaft counterclockwise to apply the pressure.
