Check and adjust the separation corona current.
Check and adjust the transfer corona current.
Clean or replace the pick-off sensor.

Is the gap between the pick-off pawls and the
drum surface correct (1 to 2mm)?

Adjust the gap.
o Check the pick–off pawls (burrs, etc.) and
replace the pawls if they are defective.
o Check and correct the pick-off solenoid stroke.
Clean the transport belts with alcohol (both
the face and inside).
If there are any burrs on the transport unit or
fusing entrance guide, file them off.

Reset the separation wire (current).
