Are the drive voltages to the main motor correct?
Replace the main motor.
Replace the fuse.
Does the paper feed clutch energize?

Does CN301-A4 (upper tray) and/or
drop from +24 volts to ground?
Y N
Replace the dc drive board.
Replace the paper feed clutch.
o Clean the feed, separation, and pick-up rollers.
o Check whether there are any torn pieces of paper in the paper
feed area.
