Toner Overload Detection:
The toner sometimes builds up inside the collection
increases the load on the collection coil. One cause of this problem is the
user failing to pullout and push in the shuller plate after replacing
toner cartrige.
When the load increases, the collection coil drive shaft gear disengages and
the shaft slot cut in the bracket. This actuates the toner overload
detection switch. CN203-B1l on the main board is grounded. Consequently,
the CPU displays the wrench mark on the operation panel (No SC indication)
and inhibits copying.
