There was no response from the modem
The number dialed did not answer.
"Disconnect after Idle Time" is Enabled, and the Time-out period
has been reached. The connection will now be terminated..
The modem could not obtain a dial tone.
The serial line speed is being set to the speed set in the configura-
tion.
