the power supply.

Used to assign output signals to OUT0,

Output polarity
Sets the ON condition for the OR signal. OK: ON or NG: ON (default)
Output mode
Sets the output timing for the judgement
result.
Output delay
When one-shot output mode is selected,
this parameter sets the delay from when
measurement processing is completed
until when the OR signal turns ON.
Output time
When one-shot output mode is selected,
this parameter sets the time that the OR
signal is ON.
BUSY output
Specifies when to turn OFF the BUSY
signal after starting measurement pro-
cessing.
BUSY polarity
Sets the ON condition for the BUSY sig-
nal output.
Input mode
Specifies whether to use functions other
than scene switching for external parallel
commands.
