Telephone calls

Answering incoming calls

You receive an incoming call. Your telephone rings. The following information about the current
call is displayed:
- name or
- telephone number or
- call from analogue telephone network or
- " no CLIP".
You want to answer the call:
1.
Pick up the handset.
You want to reject the call:
1.
Press the "stop"
You want to reject the call with a message:
1.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "additional
functions".
2.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the desired message.
You want to divert the call to the answering machine:
1.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "additional
functions".
2.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "divert to AM".
The caller is registered in the electronic telephone book. You want to see the information
stored in the electronic telephone book:
1.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "additional
functions".
2.
Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "register info".

Stop
You are connected to the calling party and
can start the conversation.
Your telephone stops ringing and the caller
will hear a busy tone.
A selection menu for three different messa-
ges (see also SMS settings) is displayed.
The display returns to the initial state. The
selected message is sent.
A selection menu is displayed.
The answering machine is switched on auto-
matically and the caller can listen to the out-
going message.
A selection menu is displayed.
The electronic telephone book information is
displayed.
