Do not disturb function

If you do not want your telephone to ring when a specific MSN receives a call, select the corre-
sponding MSN and set the volume to 0 (the volume bar is empty). A ringing tone for an incoming
call will now only be heard for electronic telephone book entries with activated VIP filter. You can
also control this function via your answering machine (see chapter "Answering machine set-
tings").
Allocate ringing tone
The earlier mentioned settings refer to the earlier set MSN. An individual ringing tone can be allo-
cated to each MSN or to specific callers as far as there exists an entry in the electronic telepho-
ne book.

Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "MSN".

The recorded melody is erased.
The selected melody is heard. The stop sym-
bol replaces the play-back symbol
The speed of the ringing signals is increased
or decreased (only for the first 10 pre-set
melodies).
The melody volume is increased or decrea-
sed.
The display switches between on and off.
off = the melody is heard with the pre-set
volume.
on = the volume is increased at each
ringing tone – from the pre-set volume
to the maximum volume.
The play-back of the melody is stopped.
Each time the speed dialling station is pres-
sed, the next MSN is displayed.
