Multiple subscriber number (MSN)

This function allows you to allocate telephone charges incurred for a specific entry in the tele-
phone book directly to one of the available multiple subscriber numbers.
1. Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "MSN".

Ringing tone

This function allows you to assign a special ringing tone to an entry in the electronic telephone
book.
Set ringing tone:
1. Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "change melody".
2. Press the

Change ringing tone:
1. Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "melody indv.".

Enter additional information

You can store additional information with each entry in the electronic telephone book.
1. Press the speed dialling station next
to the display line "information".
2. Press the

Remark: For a better interaction with the PC software, it is advantageous to enter street and
house/apartment number in the first line and city and postal code in the second line. When hol-
ding a telephone conversation you can call the additional information off when pressing the
button.

You switch between the multiple subscriber
numbers by pressing the speed dialling stati-
on.
The menu for the set-up of ringing melodies
is displayed (see chapter "ringing melody").
Select the desired melody.
The display returns to the earlier menu.
The display switches between "on" and "off".
on = If the presented telephone number
corresponds to the electronic tele-
phone book entry, the individual
ringing tone is heard.
off = The standard ringing tone for the
called MSN is heard.
The cursor jumps to an empty information
page where you can enter any additional
information, e. g. address, birthday or similar.
The entry is limited to 120 characters as a
maximum. If your entry is complete, press the
button.
The display returns to the earlier menu.
