Message collection
If you want to collect several messages before executing the message transfer function, you sim-
ply have to determine the number of incoming messages after which the message transfer shall
start (see chapter "message transfer settings").
Message transfer to a pager
You can also enter the telephone number of a paging service as the target telephone number. In
this case, the answering machine does not play back the automatic outgoing message but sends
the stored paging information to the pager.

Message transfer settings

Via this menu, you can enter all parameters the device needs to perform a message transfer.
From the initial state, press the following
buttons: , answering machine

1. Press the speed dialling station next
to "target number".
a) Direct entry of the telephone number
1. Dial the target telephone number

b) Copy from the electronic telephone
book.

by pressing the buttons

to the name display.

The entry field for the target telephone num-
ber is displayed.
Enter the telephone number of the subscriber
the message will be transferred to. If you
choose a paging service please consider the
remarks in chapter "Pager procedure".
The target telephone number is stored.
The electronic telephone book is displayed.
. You can scroll the telephone book either by
using the arrow buttons or by entering the
name directly.
The telephone number is copied to the target
telephone number field.
