Call forwarding

The call forwarding feature allows you to forward an incoming call for your extension to another
subscriber number. You can set a default call forwarding number for each MSN. In order to activa-
te the call forwarding just press the speed dialling station next to
activated call forwarding function is indicated by the blinking call forwarding symbol in the display
(see chapter "symbols and short descriptions"). You can deactivate the call forwarding by pres-
sing the speed dialling station again. The call forwarding symbol will no longer blink. In the "call
forwarding" menu you can see, which type of call forwarding was programmed (e.g. unconditio-
nal, on no answer, on busy etc.) – even if the programming was done via another telephone. If
you want to know the settings that had been programmed via the speed dialling station "call for-
warding", just press the speed dialling station next to the display line "load default setting".

Call forwarding settings
There are three different settings for a call forwarding function. One which is always active
(unconditional), one for when you are holding a telephone conversation (busy) and one for when
an incoming call is not answered within 15 seconds (no answer). Each of these function types
can be activated or deactivated separately. You can enter a different target call forwarding num-
ber for each of the above settings.

You can switch between the MSNs by pres-
sing the speed dialling station again. The cur-
rent individual settings for each MSN are dis-
played.
The individual settings are replaced by the
default settings.
The display switches between on and off.
The display switches to the entry fields for the
target telephone numbers of a call forwar-
ding.
