General information on appointments

From the initial state, press the following
buttons: , appointments/time ctrl. .
Menu
Enter appointment
Allows you to store new appointments.
Change appointment/time control (modify appointment)
allows you to view, correct and erase appointments.
Appointment/time control on/off
allows you to deactivate the ringing signal for appointments.

Entering appointments

You can enter individual appointments or regular appointments at a daily, weekly, monthly or
annual interval.
The display shows the type of appointment, the time and date as well as a telephone number
and information. The current date and time are already set to make your entry easier.
