Linear (chain call) with time out
This option means that only the first subscriber (Index 01) from the subscriber list
receives the signal for a call. If this subscriber is busy or he does not accept the
call within 10s, the next subscriber on the list is called. If no other subscribers are
available in the list, the caller receives the "subscriber busy" signal or is trans-
ferred to the rejection location.
Depends on breaks
This option means the subscriber who has not made a call for the longest period
of time receives the signal. If this subscriber is busy, the next subscriber on the
list is called. The function is reset when a group subscriber logs in. If no other
subscribers are available in the list, the caller receives the "subscriber busy" sig-
nal or is transferred to the rejection location.
Load dependent
This option means the subscriber who has the lowest total call time receives the
call. If this subscriber is busy, the next subscriber on the list is called. The func-
tion is reset when a group subscriber logs in. If no other subscribers are avail-
able in the list, the caller receives the "subscriber busy" signal or is transferred to
the rejection location.

Rejection location

Assign the rejection location for the group here. In case you want to reject to an in-
stalled tiptel VCM-Module, just install a pseudo subscriber and enable his answering
machine with a very short delay. Of course you can also reject to an existing sub-
scriber with activated answering machine.

Select group subscribers

Select the individual group subscribers here. For dynamic groups you can also spec-
ify the current status of the group subscribers.

Assignment table: incoming external calls

Here you define the MSN/DDI for which the group will respond for external calls.

Menu: Call distribution

You specify the call distribution when creating a subscriber under "incoming external
call assignment". This indicates which subscriber is assigned to a particular external
call number (MSN/DDI). All subscribers are listed for each call number. The assigned
subscribers are marked accordingly. Here you can also change the call distribution.
You must activate or deactivate the desired subscribers with the mouse while holding
down the "Ctrl" button.
