Multicast Settings

The Multicast Settings window allows you to define how multicast sessions are
initiated by xPoint
xPoint Standard (S) Ver. 1.5 User Guide
o System Name – Set the system DNS name used to identify the
system when using DNS dialing.
o Ethernet Speed – From the drop-down list, select the network
interface speed that matches your local LAN:
Auto Detect – the link type is detected automatically
100MB Full Duplex – Set the link to 100MB full duplex
100MB Half Duplex – Set the link to 100MB half duplex
10MB Full Duplex – Set the link to 10MB full duplex
10MB Half Duplex – Set the link to 10MB half duplex.
Note: modify these settings only if they are required in your network.
3. Select Apply.

1. Select Settings>General>Network>Multicast; the Multicast
Settings window appears.
