Chapter 4. Videoconferencing
View Recording
You can view recordings in either of the following ways:
Start Streaming
Session streaming allows any remote system with the Microsoft Media Player
application to view played recordings or whatever your camera/microphone are
transmitting from the xPoint
Stop Streaming
You can stop the streaming when it is no longer needed.

To stop recording:
1.
Select Media>Stop Record; the message "Do you want to stop
recording?" appears.
2.
Select Yes; the "Recording Stopped" message appears.
When recording in idle mode (not during a videoconference), you can
stop the recording by pressing the End Call button on the remote
control. A confirmation message appears and requires you to select Yes.
Via the Web interface
Browse the locally saved recordings by selecting Data Sharing> File.
Note: you can switch the Recording display so that the data is on the big
screen, and the remote camera is displayed on in the PIP.
To start streaming to remote users:
Select Media>Start Stream. The message "Streaming Started" appears
for a few seconds, and the Streaming icon appears for the duration of the
streaming.

To stop streaming:
1.
Select Media>Stop Stream; the message "You are currently
streaming. Do you want to stop all?" appears.
2.
Select Yes; the message "Streaming Stopped" appears.
