Chapter 4. Videoconferencing
Viewing Recordings
Recordings can be viewed when the system is idle. When opened during a
videoconference, recordings are shared.

Select Open; the file is displayed. If the file is opened during a
videoconference, it is shared with all the viewers.
To view recorded files:
1.
Select Data Sharing>File; the Document Selection window appears.

Select the recorded file you want and then press OK on the remote
control.

Select Open; the file is displayed and if opened in a videoconference, it
is shared with all the viewers.
To stop sharing the opened file, press Back on the remote control, or
select Stop Sharing from the main menu.
