When an auxiliary input station places a nurse call:
The light under the equipment's label turns on to confirm nurse
call placement.
The light by any linked Call button turns on to confirm nurse call
placement.
Top light sections on corridor and zone lights fast flash amber.
Auxiliary emergency tones sound at staff consoles and unit
annunciators, and at stations with staff follow active.
An auxiliary emergency nurse call row appears on staff
consoles and unit annunciators.
Note:
Telligence provides for eight auxiliary emergency nurse call
types, which may be renamed at system configuration time to
specify actual medical equipment.

To cancel an auxiliary equipment emergency call, staff resolve the
problem that caused the call by resetting the equipment or other
methods, and reinsert the device into the station. Once the problem
is resolved, the auxiliary emergency nurse call self-cancels.
The station's equipment label light extinguishes.
Any associated station Call lights extinguish.
Dome lights extinguish.
Tones stop sounding at staff consoles and annunciators, and at
stations where staff follow is active.
