Built-in SSD (solid-state drive)

The PRIMEQUEST 1000 series supports the 2.5-inch SATA SSD as a built-in storage device.
You can use the built-in SSD in the same way as the built-in HDD. One SAS disk unit/SAS array disk unit can
have up to four mounted SSDs.
The maximum SSD capacity per drive is as follows
- PRIMEQUEST 1800E2: 64 GB
- PRIMEQUEST 1800E: 64 GB
The SSD can be hot-plugged into the SAS array disk unit.
For the latest information on the PCI cards supported by the PRIMEQUEST 1000 series, contact the distributor
where you purchased your product, or a Fujitsu sales representative.
Note
- The 64 GB built-in solid-state drive can be mounted in the PRIMEQUEST 1800E2/1800E model.
- The 64 GB built-in solid-state drive cannot be mounted with the HDD in the same SAS disk unit/SAS array
disk unit.
