Flexible I/O

The Flexible I/O function can configure a partition by combining any SB with an IOB and GSPB irrespective of
their mounting locations.
Flexible I/O is enabled by connecting a PCI Express line only from the IOH of the Home SB to the IO resource.
Even if SB resources or IO resources are added or removed, the PCI bus tree structure does not change from the
viewpoint of the system. Therefore, it can respond flexibly to resource changes and degradation due to a failure
occurrence.
This function can provide an alternate SB. It enables the Reserved DB function.
