Removing

1 Power off the printer and disconnect the power cord from
the power outlet and the printer.
Installing the hard drive while the printer is
powered on may cause a malfunction.
2 Go behind the printer and loosen the knurled screws at
the top and bottom of the left side cover.
3 Slide the left side cover towards you and then down to
remove it.
4 Remove the screws that secure the card to the controller
board. Keep the screws.
