5 Remove the three screws that secure the printer to the
optional feeder (two in front, one in back).
6 Using two people, lift the printer off of the optional feeder
and place it where it will be used.
Replace the printer's paper trays, reconnect the power

cord, and power on the printer.
8 Check the Control Panel display. Wait until
displayed. If an error message appears, refer to Table 5.1
on page 5-4 for instructions.
