Parameters

This section explains the definitions of the parameters used in the pulsed IV test
definitions.
Polarity controls the source output polarity. Usually, a positive polarity is used for
the N channel devices and a negative polarity is used for the P channel devices.
Figure 5-6 shows the polarity of gate pulse voltage.
DeviceDelay defines the delay time set to the oscilloscope and used to compensate a
skew caused by the device under test. This is important to synchronize the gate pulse
and the gate pulse. Check the pulse waveform and read the delay time between the
gate pulse and the drain pulse.
