PlsdivSetPulseWidth

This command sets the pulse width of the gate voltage.

String. However, this command does not return any output parameter.
This command needs the following input parameter.
pulse_width Pulse width of gate pulse, in second. Numeric value, 10 nsec to
1μsec. See Figure 6-6.
Status code. Numeric value. To read the error message, use PlsdivErrorMessage. If
no error is detected by this command execution, 0 is returned.
Pulse Setup Parameters

PlsdivSetSampling

This command sets the oscilloscope sampling rate and sampling number for the
pulsed IV measurement.
Adjust the sampling number and the sampling rate carefully to obtain the waveform
you desire. To obtain faster measurement throughput, decrease the sampling
number. Too small sampling numbers will cause measurement errors.
