System Configuration

System Configuration
Perform this action after completing the system installation or after changing a
channel assignment or after changing the GPIB address of the system components.
1. Open the PLSDIV Setup test setup from your preset group.
2. Set the Action field to System Configuration.
3. Click the Single button at the upper right corner on the EasyEXPERT/Desktop
EasyEXPERT screen. The Configuration dialog box is displayed.
4. Set the system configuration parameters by using the Configuration dialog box.

Description
Select B1500A Internal or External PC.
Enter the VISA interface ID of the GPIB interface.
Specify the pulse generator to be used.
Specify the oscilloscope to be used.
Specify the DC source monitor to be used.
If Controller=B1500 Internal, enter the B1500A's
internal USB address.
Enter GPIB address of pulse generator (PGU),
oscilloscope (DSO), and DC source monitor (SMU).
Enter DSO channel number for Gate pulse output.
Enter DSO channel number for Gate voltage monitor.
Enter DSO channel number for Drain voltage monitor.
Enter SMU slot number for Drain voltage output.
