Select a job in the mailbox and then press the 'Edit...' key. The job editor is opened
in the 'Basic settings' section. The job editor is the collective noun for all the job
settings you can change.
The 'Basic settings' section contains a group of two shortcuts that refer to the most
used settings for 'Original' and 'Print'. You can also define these settings manually
Define Extended Print Settings.
You can change the settings with the keys on the operator panel

Function
Show the jobs in the job queue.
Access the'System manager' to manage the system
settings of the Océ CPS900
Access the 'Paper manager' to define the type of
paper for each paper tray.
Access the jobs that users of the network have sent
to the 'Mailbox' (through the controller). The
'Mailbox' is restored after a restart.
Show information about the supplies and the set
memory.
Show system status information, messages,
warnings and errors.
