Introduction
The table below lists some conditions that can occur during operation of the Océ
®
CPS900
You can resolve these problems without a service call.

You have selected the option to check the first set. When the
first set is completed, you can check the result.
If the result is satisfying, you can Approve or Reject the job
(Approve to continue the job).
The job is sent to the queue, but not yet downloaded
completely.
Wait a few seconds, the job can be started when the download
is ready.

To print this job, open the job queue and release the job.
Before the setting 'KOS adjustments' is activated, all the jobs
in the job queue must be removed. Avoid interference from
automatic print jobs sent from the controller. Select the
'Suspend printing' setting on the controller.
The printer is in low power mode (see 'The power modes of
the Océ CPS900

Add toner (see 'Add the toner' in the Configuration and
maintenance manual).
