Plain, Recycled, Sets the image quality (paper type) for each paper.
Bond, Plain S2, • [A] ([Bond] default)
1. Custom 1 to Quality ideal for color-exclusive bond paper such as J paper (82 gsm)
5. Custom 5 • [B] ([Plain], Plain S2 and [1. Custom 1] to [4. Custom 4] defaults)
Quality ideal for generally used office paper (P paper, C2 paper, etc.)
• [C] ([Recycled] default)
Quality ideal for recycled paper (C2r paper, WR100 paper, etc.)

Select this when print quality is uneven on coarse paper.
