Configuring fields

A field is the display area for part of the layout. A layout can be divided into
eight fields, maximum. You can define and change the size of a field and delete
a field.
Defining the size of fields
Proceed as follows to define the size of a field.
1. Click a field and keep the left mouse button pressed.
2. Select the number of fields by dragging the mouse.
Deleting fields
Proceed as follows to delete a field.
1. Right-click a field. A pop-up menu opens.
2. Select Delete Field. The field is deleted.
Changing the size of fields
Proceed as follows to change the size of a field.
1. Select a field.
2. Drag the field to the right size.
Display duration
Proceed as follows to determine the display duration of a field.
1. Right-click a field. The Field Properties dialog opens.
2. Enter the display duration.
3. Click OK.

Inserting a layout

Proceed as follows to add an already configured layout. Proceed as follows:
1.
Select Insert from the Layout menu
or
Click the Administer layouts button.

The Insert layout dialog opens. All layouts defined for the
wallboard are displayed.
3 Select a layout.
4. Click OK. The layout is inserted.

Deleting a layout

Proceed as follows to delete a layout.
1.
Select the layout you want to delete.
2.
Select Delete from the Layout menu
or
Click the icon. The layout is deleted.
